Kelly Michelle Stables, born in St. Louis Missouri was an actor at The Muny Opera. The University of Missouri Columbia conferred her with the Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications and Theater. Upon her move from Missouri to Los Angeles Kelly quickly became active in the theater, acting and choreographing more than a dozen productions. The most notable of these was The Little Foxes Brady Bunch The Musical Peter Pan in Thousand Oaks Civic Light Opera. Kelly was able to secure film and television roles as she studied improvisation at The Groundlings. She has a unique voice and her diminutive size makes her able to play a variety of characters. The actress is well known for her performance alongside Naomi Watts taking over the character of evil Samara In The Ring 2 but is also more commonly recognized as the bubbly bright receptionist on Two and a Half Men. Between 2011 and 2015, Kelly worked as a paralegal in the daytime and a party hopper in the evening as a series regular on The TV Land show The Exes. In addition, she was Alyssa's sassy sexpert sibling in ABC's Romantically Challenged. On the CW's No Tomorrow she portrayed the stressed suburban mom. She sang in soprano for various cartoons like Tom & Jerry, Sofia the First and Doc McStuffins. Most recently she can be seen as the dim but adorable Cloud 9 employee on NBC's super-hit comedy Superstore. Her private life is quiet. She enjoys spending time with her loved ones, including two young children.
