Anne Curtis
Anne Curtis Smith, a Filipino Australian model and record artist and television host is the recipient of numerous honors throughout her professional career. This includes two FAMAS Awards one Luna Award as well as two Metro Manila Film Festival Awards. Additionally she has also been selected for nominations to two Gawad Urian Awards and the eight PMPC Star Awards for Movies. Curtis was a part of a range of shows on television, such as Hiram as well as Kampanerang, (2005) Maging Sino ka Man Dyosa (2008) Green Rose 2011 and Kailangan Ko'y Ikaw (2013.) In Mars Ravelo's Dyesebel she portrayed the Komiks famous character Dyesebel. Also, she hosted the Showtime noontime program (2009-2010) Anne Curtis born 17 February 1985 is a Filipina-Australian actress model, host of a television show, entrepreneur and recording artist. In her long career she has won numerous awards including her two FAMAS Awards two Metro Manila Film Festival Awards and as well in five PMPC Star Awards. Also, Curtis has received the number of PMPC Star Awards nominations and two Gawad Urian Awards. Curtis has appeared in a variety of shows on television, such as Hiram (2004 to 2005), Maging Sino Dyosa (2005), Green Rose (2011), Kailangan Ko'y Ikaw (2003) and Kampanerang Kuba (2005). In the 2014 film Mars Ravelo's Dyesebel she appeared as Dyesebel who is one of Komiks iconic character. Also, she has been the host on the afternoon variety show It's Showtime (2009-2020). Curtis was born in the Philippines in Bolinao Pangasinan. Her father is an Australian Lawyer, James Ernest Curtis Smith. Her father had been engaged to Ojales in 1982. Her younger brother Jasmine has also become an actress. Clare was a sister-in-law on the family of their father. She died at just four months of age in 2007.
